We are pleased to announce that the U.S. design patent for our Sakura Tsuchime pattern (Cherry Blossom Pattern), which we have been pursuing since 2024, has been officially granted.
All models in our Seasonal series are already registered in Japan, and with this approval, the Sakura Tsuchime design is now officially registered in both Japan and the United States.
As a result, within Japan and the United States, only authorized products distributed through our brand are permitted for official sale. Should any imitation or unauthorized copies be identified, we may take appropriate legal action or issue public notices to inform customers of counterfeit products.
