Important Information Before Purchase

Return & Exchange Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer's personal reasons.
If we mistakenly deliver an item that is different from your order, we will exchange it at our expense.
If there is something wrong with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days of receipt in Japan and within 14 days of receipt outside Japan.
(However, if the product has already been opened or used, we will not accept returns or exchanges.)
We will pay the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if there is a problem with the delivered product.

 

International Shipping(countries outside of Japan)

Shipping method

Items are shipped via DHL.

However, we may change the shipping method when we deem it more appropriate or necessary.

Shipping time

As of January 2026, we kindly ask you to note that the earliest possible shipment will be in early March.

However, this may not apply when there are matters to be verified with the customer or when the shipping company is on a holiday.

Delivery time

The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery destination, but generally it can be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.

(Please note that there is always a possibility of delay due to the global situation or local conditions at the delivery destination.)

Shipping charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the purchased items.

Customs duties

Import duties and taxes may be incurred when the merchandise arrives at its destination. We are not responsible for such charges and will not make any calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

International purchasers should contact their local customs authorities for further information on costs and procedures. The recipient of the goods is the importer of record and must ensure that the purchased goods are in full compliance with the laws of the country in which they are being imported. We do not guarantee that the packaging of the goods will be free from traces of tampering.

When import duties and taxes are incurred, DHL will pay them on behalf of the consignee at the time of customs clearance, and the consignee will be billed for the amount at the time of delivery. In other words, you will not be able to receive your shipment until these charges are paid. If payment is not made, the package will be held at the DHL office for 10 days and then returned to us. We will later be responsible for these customs charges and any additional shipping costs for the return shipment. If the goods are returned to us, we will refund your order, but these customs charges and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of your order. Additionally, please note that we are not responsible for refunding import duties for any reason.

If the purchaser designates a third party as consignee, please ensure that the consignee has information regarding the above.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers.

If the package is returned to us, we will verify the correct address with the customer and reship the package, but the customer will be charged for additional shipping costs incurred for the return and reshipment.

In the above cases, if the customer wishes to cancel the order without reshipment, the customer will receive a refund after deducting the shipping costs incurred for the return shipment.

 

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Shipping method

Shipment will be made by "TA-Q-BIN" of Yamato Transport Co.

Shipping time

As of January 2026, we kindly ask you to note that the earliest possible shipment will be in early March.

Delivery time

In general, delivery can be made within 2 to 3 days after shipping.

(It may require more time for delivery to remote islands and other distant areas due to weather conditions, etc.)

Shipping charges

We charge for 80-size packages. The rate varies depending on the destination area.
